Spray guns - why do we need so many? Well, it's all about quality and that's exactly what we always try to deliver! It's mainly so we don't get contamination and how much product needs to be laid down. There's nozzle, needle sizes, pattern shape and atomisation to consider too! For example, we have a spray gun especially for clear coats. The Sata X5500 CC. It atomises the coating beautifully creating a smooth non-orange peel finish; and because of this, it often means we either don't have to polish a gloss finish, or it is significantly reduced; and satins and matts come out smoooooth 😌 We have a spray gun for metallics, flat colours, industrial coatings, etching, priming, staining, liquid metals, and even a mini one for tight spaces!
